so, we are faced with SUPER long drive times
im talking 2hr commutes each way
my commute already is 45 mins in morning and 90-120 mins coming home

and we got caught at a bad time
houston is going through a crazy real estate boom right now and prices everywhere are through the roof
even in the hood
