them HOA are like the gestappo
you get fined for EVERY lil thing wrong with your property
you can't leave waterhoses on your front yard
you can't park cars in the driveway
you can't have a certain kinda mailbox
shit is dumb
so there is not always a broken window
especially in a hood with 150 homes all built since 2006
these range in size from 2,500 to 4,000 sq ft
