If i had a homosexual son, and he was nominated prom Queen, I would first ask him how does he feel about people casting him as a woman, since the Queen is a woman's Role.


Secondly, I'd explain to him the gender specific role of the Queen and the King and why there are dual functioning titles within a Royal Court. Hopefully he would already know these facts.

Third, I would explain to him the intentionality and meanness that was heaped on him by those that thought it was funny when his name was cast on the ballot.

Lastly, I'd explain to my son that he should stand up for himself, maintain his dignity and above else always conduct himself as a man regardless of his sexual desires.
