No body ever said or thinks I'm the only one that's read the bible. Heck, if you just actually read the bible and but God's Word to application you would not be acting this way.

>but i still read the word, just so you know.
>i was even invited into the pulpit to give a sermon.

>when i preached, i came from Micah 6:8.
>i talked about the scriptural requirement for us to do
>justice.
>i also came Mathew 23:23,
>where jesus talked about the requirement to do justice.

I'm not going to marginalize or belittle what you are telling us. Preaching the uncompromised Word of God is a task. And the first time is always an experience to remember. But please, do tell us the name of the church and pastor that allowed you the honor and privilege to speak to his/her flock?

>you're right,
>jesus did get angry quite a few times.

Well, we could stop right here, because I only responded to the nonsense that you said.

>and every single time he was angry, he was talking about
>the sins of our society. wealth inequality, hypocrisy of
>religious figures, stuff like that.

>but jesus was rather dismissive of ppl that
>were always harping on personal sins while neglecting the
>weightier matters of the law.
>especially if they they didn't have works that bore the fruit
>of the faith they claimed to have.

But he ALWAYS told sinners to Go and Sin no more (in context, Jesus always expected a heart and life transformation) and to live a life according to God's character and expectations.

>when i preached, i talked about how if we didn't come together

>as a congregation to challenge the powerful instutions that
>are
>killing our children and our poor, then jesus would not
>recognize
>us as his fam when he came back, and we'd be thrown into the
>fire
>like a dead fig tree.

That's good stuff. There is lot to be added and expended here for the people. I hope they took the core message and will apply it to their daily living.

>but like i said, your posts don't remind me of what jesus said
>
>we should do.

Well, since you have read all of my post I guest you sit in the judgment seat. Now Do tell.

>i mean, i don't know what you do in your free time.
>but if you are anything in real life like you are on OKP,
>i think you'll be cut off and thrown into the fire
>like the fig tree that wasn't bearing fruit.

Talk about casting judgment and promoting condemnation. Now if I said this about the horde of sinners and unrepentant hearts around here, you would have been the first to call me unloving, a poor excuse for a christian, etc. OH, you have done me like that... I almost forgot.

But I'm the one that's condemning people..LOL

>but hey, that's just my opinion.
>don't mind me.
>i've got nothing to worry about.
>when jesus comes back, he's coming to judge the folks in the
>church first. because presumably, ya'll ought to know better.
>

Ain't no Ya'll Player. Once you preached that word, you've stood up to tell people that you are know a teacher. So it will be US (You and ME), not just Y'all.

>
>now tell me what other parts of the bible i don't know.

Dude, I get paid to that. We can gave 8-13 weeks and I can do all of that.
