I have the audio book and he talks about the benefits of being alone. I think it is good up until a point. Many people like to be alone because they can't handle human beings inconsistencies.

Being single is not the end of the world. It actually feels good to spend time with yourself. I love living alone and doing things alone. I still enjoy love, sex, and companionship. I felt a great sense of relief when I stopped looking for love
