I feel like the Right's latest trend is to try and use progressives arguments against them but what it reveals is that conservatives fundamentally don't understand progressive stances.

Fairness and Equality isn't treating everyone the same.

Fairness is taking into consideration because of circumstances and adjusting appropriately.

Haven't seen the movie to judge where Wakanda's isolationism is a bad thing but Isolationism in itself isn't inherently bad and there could be justifications for it.



BTW, I am not that worked up about fictional Wakanda but I was going to make a post about conservatives not understanding and misusing progressive arguments but this just happened to be an example of it.
