13076849, One of the reasons the new Oliver Stone film is so effective Posted by Vex_id, Tue Oct-04-16 07:59 AM
is because it simply & plainly spells out the govt. abuse and overreach. I ask a lot of people about Snowden and whether he's a patriot or a traitor (or none of the above) - and approximately half of them tend to have a strong opinion on the matter without really even understanding the fundamental elements to his case.
Once people do get a chance to really delve into the facets of what he exposed - they tend to think what he did is not only a good thing in terms of serving a compelling public interest - but also something that if litigated - could prove to be in accordance with constitutional principles.
>NDAA, Patriot Act, no due process in Guantanamo, torture, >unauthorized phone taps and telephone records collection, >forcing companies to have a government backdoor into their >products, Hillary Clinton and Dick Cheney's Kissinger approved >bullshit intervention and regime change nonsense for corporate >interests
