so I never realized it was worse here.
I know the weather is much better for a homeless person here, but it's not like a Chicago homeless person can afford to get to L.A. just for that...so no idea if it's because of the low number of jobs, or the high drug use that goes on, or even the whole Hollywood "I'm gonna make it" shit...I don't think that's a huge part, though.
