This would creep me out alot more if he's not doing drugs. In fact....if he's not doing drugs, this guy is absolutely terrifying.

Hopefully it's dexedrine or something like that. That kinda fits the bill from what I've read. A week in bed will fix 95% of his current problems. If that dude is sober than I'm not sure if this one is even worth trying to reign in.
