1) we're equals, Im not about to take the heat for BigJazz fucking up, so I speak up. to some people that's snitching
2) BigJazz has a very small step of seniority over me and doesnt want to work to make my job easier. Do I go to my direct supervisor?
3) I had to fix shit because BigJazz put the A files in the B cabinet (metaphor), then I noticed he did it again even though fixing the second case wasn't my responsibility
