usually thinking about your passions and goals will give you that extra boost of energy recently i wrote a affirmation on my phone screen saver which reminds me of a goal I want
its say "Focus on What You Want". So anytime I think negatively or about something I Don't want I say that phrase to me.
Also a diet change may be beneficial. More raw veggies and fruit. Drinking water with lemon through the day is great also
