it should have. im envisioning this shit on niggas coffee mugs in their offices...mouse pads, license plate holders, everywhere, to the point where it becomes part of police consciousness. i dont think what u mentioned is there yet. the effort needs to be RAMPED
Edit: yeah it looks like cop watch been around since the early 90s...that shit needs to be revisited
