i want to answer but i don't have time at the moment but i'll hit this up in a couple days...i like this post though...it's good to see what people are working on to get an idea of their style so you can actually give some intelligent criticism and informed praise...

I've got this project called "The Curious Pecock Casino" and it is a concept album that has actually been in the works for 8 or 9 years...but the last couple years has had a lot of progress made...
It is a predominantly hiphop album in the vain of a Prince Paul story-telling joint, but my story is much more complex and interesting...and even though the songs tell the story, they could be taken out of context and still be good songs for many occasions...and there are minimal skits...there is really no dialogue or monologues without some sort of music over it...There are about 14 or 15 songs...I can post a couple unmixed/finished joints if anyone is interested.
The main idea of the story is there is a riverboat Casino called The Curious Peacock and our hero is a private detective on the hunt for an escape convict and master of disguise...he ends up falling in love with this chick, meeting friends, finding the convict, walking the plank and learning about the ancient people who live in the center of the Earth and control the Bermuda Triangle...there is a lot more to the story...I actually could use some more voices on certain tracks...
but yea, I'm hoping to finally finish it this year.

My group The Philosophy(links) is working on a new album and a mixtape...and of course trying to sell the album we already have out...hint, hint

I have an instrumental project coming out with my crew "Science"
some kinda ambient yet hard beats with keys, noises, guitar, etc...

I'm working on a EP with my boy Stak from East Chicago...We got about 6 songs done but we will prolly record 10 or 12 and keep 7 or 8 or so...my other group has some more "conscious" type shit I guess, but this project is more raw and nasty shit you don't wanna play for ya momma...or maybe you do...

I also have a solo joint I have tons of material for but that might not come out until '08 because I want to mix it and master it properly...

but yea kinda busy, but between all the shows we been playing and my $$ job, I have slowed down a little too much...but now that it is officially warm outside I can get back into my work routine...

I'm def. lookin' forward to it.

1. the 3rd dumhi ep - 3 Seats From Heaven should be done in a couple weeks. engineer has almost all the audio to do some final touch ups/mastering type stuff. from my end.. i need to format the album and take care of the cover art etc.

2. the fermented spirits ep - Demystification. This joint I am really excited about because i didnt know if we were ever going to finish it. some of the material is quite old but ive always really liked it. joint project between me and okp micheleqj. singing, spoken word, emceeing, etc. guest spots by flud (dumhi), okp soulbrotha, von pea and donwill (tanya morgan), and a couple more

i have a draft which is about 90% done. id love to have you give it a spin and shoot me thoughts. its very different from anything ive really done thus far so im kind of nervous as to how it will be received.

those are the main things im focusing on right now. im cocooning as far as new music. brainstorming ideas and sort of thinking about what to do next.

i was listening this morning and its pretty kick ass (if i do say so myself)

im a bit sad that i broke the streak of april releases but...

i think this is gonna be a cool drop in the middle of summer (im guessing mid-July)

like usual.. all the beats were made by me, emceeing mostly maintained by ShamelessPlug, MashComp, and FLUD (and of course the spirit of Mr. Brown)

in other news im also finishing an album project that me and okp Michele QJ started YEARS AGO! we have been calling it the Fermented Spirits Project. gonna be rapping, singing, spoken word, etc etc. i also play a lot more instruments on this one than i have on dumhi albums. im kind of anxious to see how ppl take to it really. but yeah.. im hoping we have this ready for late summer/early autumn. it already features FLUD, Donwill & Von Pea, okp Soulbrotha, and should have a couple more folks involved by the end. plus.. Mike singing? whats beating that?

anyway.. this was sort of a blog and me practicing my announcement writing.

Got two joints dropping. My second LP "Life, Love, Respect, and Hip Hop" (you can check the joints out on my myspace page) and me and another producer named Empee are releasing an album, its finished and mastered, but the funny thing is we don't have an title for the album, lol. Other than that I'm engineering three other albums for other artists.

My Band Demo. I have a rough cut off one of the songs on the myspace. Its called Right Now.

by the end of the month, the grind begins... hopefully something resembling a "tour" even if I have to ride greyhound to every stop. The rest of the year is me pushing this sucker as far as I can take it. And then some.

I'm working on a 5 track EP titled "Back To Me" that I'm hoping to finish by the end of August. It's probably goin 2 b more of a jam session. I'm also writing for my full length album "Rewind"

started recording some of it last week...got plenty of beats lined up, writing a lot. Haji Haj is helping me put it together (he's great at that, ya'll).

It's still Dumhi til I die..but this is just an extension of the Dumhi Juggernaught movement.

A mixtape album of G Love and Jack Johnson songs mashed up and remixed with various hip hop. About 4 songs are up on myspace, but i don't haver the URL, as my work blocks myspace. It'll be done by the middle to end of June, so I'll put up the zshare address when its finished.

Finishing up my LP "The Basement Sessions," it evolved into a concept LP ala "Prince Among Theives." Basically its an ode to my memories in high school... the ciphers, pounding on lunch tables, digging etc. It's also a Fight Club parody and then about a month ago I saw that T.I. was kind of doing the same thing. To which I replied, "F@*K!!!"

Also when I put everything in the rar folder it put all the tracks out of sink. Below is the track order. I also numbered the track titles in the original folder... so that might help.
