A buddy cop film.
Or a 'New York's toughest cop (Rock) must team up with a ruthless assassin (Vin) to take down ______ (Michael Rooker/Ed Harris or somebody similar)'.
The fact that The Pacifier and The Game Plan were basically their two biggest hits, maybe they should do a PG buddy cop film, like:
Two Cops and A Baby
To round out the racially ambiguous cast they could get Rosario Dawson as the leading lady.
