Most of the people I know that went to see it thought it was bad.
I liked it though. But mostly for the same reason I liked Pitch Black - formulaic genre piece designed so that Vin Diesel can act like a badass 80s action hero.
Considering he's really a geeky role playing gamer, that's really damn amusing to me.
