Orisha, and the dances, songs, music and traditions associated with them, were carried by the Yoruba people of West Africa to Cuba during the slave trade. This class explores the Orisha, such as Elegua, Oshun and Yemaya, through movement, _expression, song and live drumming led by David Font.
