This is what is called a " Shock-test" ,basically you create
a crisis to evaluate what are the underlaying properties of
the targatted subject (i.e. If the price of gas goes up by 10%,
by how much does a household diminish its dependecy to sugar
and milk and so forth.... you get the picture ?)
