There is an excellent book called: "The Secrect of Freedom" by Vernon Turner!!!!
Probably one of the best short stories I've ever read! If you have the money, and time, I seriously suggest this book.
I won't get deep into it, but it brings up very good points as to what holds us back... basically it's FEAR! Fear of not being in control... but "control is an illusion" (Anthony Hopkins - Instint).
So to be free, you must not have Fear... to me, that's step one! Then you must believe in yourself!!
