They couldn't hit him with anything higher per the current CBA, which will be a whole other issue this offseason.
He should have gotten at least one game if I am being honest. Reactionary or not, it was malicious and 100% not a "hockey play".
That being said, thank God he didn't with Hal Gill out yet again tonight.
