He's like the ultimate Cinderella. And if he increases his completion percentage to 50 by next season (big if, I grant you), that expands on what he can do and gives him a big chance to continue to succeed.

I like betting on winners and hard workers. I know that doesn't replace raw talent... but I can't bet against him. For every awful pass (and there are a number per game), there's an awesome read, a perfect pass, a great moment with the game on the line.

I just like the odds I'm given. And if he fails long-term, you're right-- the gadget couldn't sustain, and I'll be willing to admit it.
