He's awful at managing minutes (see: The Knicks; one
of the basic things Woodson did was give more guys
a chance and distribute minutes more evenly, put
guys in better situations to be successful)
He's awful at coaching defense
His offensive system is for dumb, young teams with
Steve Nash and 3 guys who can jump high, not for
38 year old jumpshooters (which the Lakers are)
with a dominant big man
Bickerstaff was winning. Not sure why you didn't just
ride with that.
