he isnt in the clear. but it sounds like chicago pd made the claim without having clear evidence to back it up yet.
shit like this is used by a defense team to assert a biased/tainted jury pool.
chicago pd might have been better off waiting for the indictment to come back before holding that lil press junkie without rock solid evidence.
