Since this whole thing is looking more and more like an episode of Law and Order S.V.U I wouldn't be shocked if the next Plot twist is they legit thought they WERE getting paid train dude and he used them to stage a beating
$3,500.00 isn't THAT much money, are these dudes desperate enough to go on the run from the Police/possibly face deportation for less than $2000.00 a piece?
