he is a sleeper agent activated by U.N.C.L.E Tom, a shadow organization that uses C-list celebrities to wage war on Black People. In the past they've used Flava Flav, Jimmy "JJ" Walker (see: Operation DYN-O-MITE) and Cyrus from the Real World Boston.
This has their fingerprints all over it.
