if you were gonna make up something like that...it seems like you would be more likely to do it once you got back to your place. not on your way there.

add this to the neighbor who stated she saw two suspicious men around the complex...one potentially with a rope hanging from under his shirt.

im still kinda skeptical but im leaning more and more toward his version of events.
