He ended up turning into a figure of sadness and pity.
There isn't a huge cloud of doubt about Cosby now and he's someone who kinda bleed away his good will over the years even outside of the accusations.
Unless Bill Cosby goes out pulling babies out of a fire, history won't be as kind.
