The OP didn't just randomly call someone's wife a BB. He called the woman of a profess pimp, who regularly calls women bitches, hoes and has spent a great deal of energy trying to glorify the pimping lifestyle, a name that he regularly uses for women in her position.
I am pretty sure (but not positive) I have heard him refer to Coco as such.
