were "Scenario" & "Electric Relaxation" ...If anything Low End Theory was probably there biggest album in Philly. I agree with your assessment that Wu probably got more play on the station at the time MM dropped but Tribe had a bigger and already established fan base in Philly that were checking for them just off spec.
