I don't know anything about that but I do know that the public perception of her was this extremely clean-cut and ''pure'' star who was even a bit moralistic (I remember her statements about Madonna) and then met this bad-boy and went crazy under his influence. I remember the interview with Rolling Stone when she was swearing and using the ''N''-word and even then, people started to blame him for ruining her and this was before the drugs became common knowledge.

He will probably forever be blamed for ruining and maybe even killing her, I don't think there's much to do about that; even if it's wrong, people don't want to know-they have their scapegoat...
