November 28, 2006 - It's been a long time in the making, but Texas Hold 'em is finally getting an upgrade. Xbox Live guru Major Nelson revealed a slew of fixes to improve Hold 'em. The automated update will occur early Wednesday.

Among the major improvements are sped-up gameplay, an "Away" mode that automatically folds all hands until the player returns, blinds restructured to match the stakes, new Leaderboard displays and removal of online exploits to prevent cheating.

The upgrade does not include Vision Camera support, which instead will come early next year.
