I can't remember off the top, but if you google something like "myspace video clip" and other similar words, you'll find it. It also varies if its quicktime or wmv or whatever, so you might want to add that to your search.
Last time I did it, I just stole the code from somebody's band page and changed the links. They had a section like "use this code to display our video." So i changed the html links and the keywords and I was fine.
