Eita agrees about M. Bison. Daigo has also mentioned that Rashid is underrated and a secret top tier.
Sako always figures out the competitive top tiers quickly (he was hip to Elena when Ultra first dropped) and has been playing a lot of Akuma, so he must know he's average.
