This is a very little known pad called the "Fighting Commander 2way". The Doc didn't even think this existed. But this would be perfect from a "competition" perspective. Not only does it have the 6 buttons on the face, but it has L1 and R1 duplicated on the shoulders in their rightful places.
Hori made a wired X360 pad but it wasn't like this.
